What to expect at your initial acupuncture visit

Your first visit lasts longer than follow up visits, expect to be here for 60-75 minutes. During your initial appointment we will begin with an introduction, and then discuss your intake form. We will talk through you goals for treatment and any questions you have will be answered. Then acupuncture needles will be placed at specific points. These points will be left in for 30-40 minutes and then any guasha or cupping will be done if it is indicated for your condition. Most clients report it as being very an extremely relaxing process
